Once my teacher said, it’s not that tough to lose weight but to maintain it is indeed a tough task. That true. The physical and mental pain I underwent during my weight loss has made me a strong woman today. I salute my trainers for taking so much effort towards my fitness and for motivating me to be independent when it comes to training. Fitness is not about losing weight, but it’s all about being healthy, strong, and fit!!
